Web Orders Return Policy

Please get in touch via email if you have any queries regarding your order. We are happy to offer refunds on all web orders. The following points are applicable to any store bought items:

How many days do I have to return a product?

Online items may be returned up to 14 days after receiving your goods, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund as per The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  

Condition of returned items.

Any return is subject to the following conditions:

• Your item must be unused, with labels/swing tickets attached  and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
• Your consumer Rights are not affected.*
